Hi all,

I have just joined this site on the recommendation of Scoobydoo, who is a customer where i work.

I have just started in the R/C heli scene, and have been building a T Rex 600 ESP over the past few months as funds have allowed, and have been learning on simulators and a co-ax Lama, now learning indoors with my new Blade mSR BNF while the weather is cr@p, and hopefully going for a first flight with the T Rex on Sunday weather permitting, as my training undercarriage has finally turned up, and if Scoobydoo thinks its safe enough to fly!

Cheers

Ben

In the past few weeks I have read almost every post on this forum. A little about myself...I am 30 years old and I have been into RC for a little over 12 years. I was in the Army for six and my interest peaked when I was stationed in Iraq (combat pay+down time=mail order). I have a few 1/8 nitro truggies, an old RC10 TC3, a few micro's (1/36 scale), and my new venture, heli's. I fly my stock blade CX2 inside and l'm learning my basics on a blade cp. I just bought a trex 450 and hopefully it will be all I think it will. I moved to Myrtle Beach S.C. after I got out of the Army and the 100 plus degrees and 90% humidity in the dead of summer give me more than enough sim time. My other passion is motorcycles so my hobbies are expensive and I'm always looking for a deal. I am excited to be here and you guys have already been a big help. Clap
