Folks;

decided to start a new project - one to put between all my other ones. Base is again a ASI Evolution enhanced with some very colorful parts and a stunning canopy...I think.

As some of you know, I'm in the build process of a Red Bull Cobra...so when I was surfing the web for some Cobra details I discovered the underneath pictures....and could not just pass by. I however plan some changes, so it will get a blue tail boom and tail guard. As I build and paint some more changes my be added...we will see.

Cheers - Surri

Kevin;

I have no comparison to a Bergen, but I can tell you quality of the parts are outstanding and it flys great. I'm now flying my ASI for 4 years pretty often and so needed to replace no part at all.

And, ASI is kind of a religion - either you love it or hate it. Certainly the Vario guys do hate the product....

Sats;

Well stated - airborne we all have fun; we wouldn't have anything to talk about if all would be the same. Consider EVERYONE and ALL would love ASI, you would get the ordered parts in three years only.... Wink

Glad there is diversity....also, such like I have vacation and you guys working  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Josef at ASI has some infrastructure and supplier issues he is addressing; Jim is helping out and has contacted Josef to find out when a recovery is likely.

I'm waiting for some Red Bull parts too, but not an issue for me as my business is instrumental to my "own survival" in this economic critical time.

This is the official announcement of scr@pping my ASI Red Bull project.

There are some key parts which ASI was unable to send, despite my order. This is unfortunate, but I'm not spending any minute to look back in wining as there will be a next project fascinating me for hours, days, weeks and months. I have some ideas...

Over and Out !
