Compass news !! 2 new electric heli's to be released soon !

Hey guys,

good news again coming from Compass. They announced that they will be bringing out 2 yes 2 new "electric" helicopters !! Great news.

They will be bringing out the ATOM 6HV which will be running 12S lipo's.
Yep guys 12S lipo's, as most of the electric guys do own a 500 size heli and have some 6s lipo's to fly this heli, Compass thought it would be nice and handy to bring out a 12S heli in the 600 class. Just put 2 6s lipo's in series and you can fly the new Atom 6 HV. Testing will start soon.

And whilst they're busy they also will be releasing the ATOM 7 HV, yep a 90 size electric heli also meant to fly on 12S lipo's !!

The trouble is unless you are geared for electric helis of this size its so expensive.

Even when I had all my 6s packs from the 500 when I got the 700E I still had to get bigger packs and wanted a big duo charger so unfortunatly it has put me of 90 size electric but I would have a 50 size E.

Hey Ben,

i'm sure that the new 600 size Atom 6 HV will be a winner just because of the 500 size lipopacks that can be used in this helicopter !
